Calcolatore Break-Even e Punto Pareggio

Costi fissi, prezzo e costo variabile: quante unità per coprire i costi e a quale fatturato.

Break-even formulaFonte verificata
Break-Even Units = Fixed Costs / (Price - Variable Cost) | Revenue = Units × Price

Contribution is price minus variable cost. Fixed costs divided by contribution gives units to break even. Revenue is those units times price — the turnover you need before profit.

Guida all'Uso: Calcolatore Punto Pareggio

Costi fissi, prezzo e costo variabile: quante unità per coprire i costi e a quale fatturato.

Examples

  • Fixed 12,000, price 25, variable 15: contribution 10, units = 1,200, revenue = 30,000.
  • Fixed 5,000, price 49, variable 30: contribution 19, units = 264, revenue ≈ 12,936.

⚠ Common mistakes

  • Forgetting variable costs: using price alone overestimates profit and sets break-even too low.
  • Mixing monthly and yearly fixed costs — keep the same period for costs and sales.

Domande Frequenti (FAQ) (2)

What if variable cost exceeds price?

Then contribution is negative — you lose on every sale and never break even. Raise price or cut variable cost.

Break-even vs profit target?

Add desired profit to fixed costs and divide by contribution to get units for that profit.
